The plan: build software and keep an honest record of the work while it happens. The fizzled spells go in the book too. Those especially.

what to expect

Short entries, posted often. What worked this week, or what didn’t. Curses that took three evenings to lift when they should have taken ten minutes. Decisions and their reasons, written down before hindsight gets to them.

the oaths

  1. Post the entry even when the entry is “I got stuck.”
  2. No rewriting old entries to look wiser.
  3. Ship something every week. A cantrip counts.
